The Campbell, Edgar recruitment team is composed of caring people who have a passion for and an in-depth knowledge of the employment industry.
Our team is led by Elaine Hay, CPC (Certified Personnel Consultant) who has over forty years of experience in the industry, including retail expertise in buying, store and regional operational management. Elaine founded Campbell, Edgar in 1993, with a focus and a passion to improve the Canadian retail experience.
Elaine is a a strong advocate for the Better Business Bureau (BBB) and advancing trust in the marketplace. Elaine sat on the Board of Directors for the Better Business Bureau of Mainland BC for 9 years and has held the position of Governor for the past 7 years.
Through expansion over the years, Campbell, Edgar now recruits professionals across a broader industry spectrum for positions right across the country.
